Before using our services you should read our TOS. These terms are in place for multiple reasons. To keeping ETA’s at the lowest possible, to ensuring a smooth experience! Please keep these few things in mind.
- Please make sure you have the exact change when a driver arrives. Failure to do so can result in account bans. We do this for our drivers safety and our drivers do not carry money on them.
- After placing a order, Please be prepared with your order total and awaiting drivers arrival. Failure to do so can result in account bans. We do this because we have multiple orders to get to and the more you slow down your driver the more the clients after you are delayed on their ETAs
- Please treat drivers with respect! Arguing, disrespecting, or any other form of negative behavior toward them will not be tolerated. Their job duty entails making sure your order gets there correct, on time, and in full working order. Their duties do not include, pricing, sales, site advertisements etc. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a driver or a order, Please contact us! - Please try any vape when the driver arrives and before the driver leaves! If the device is defective, A driver will issue the return immediately.
- We do not return vapes because of flavors or effect so PLEASE use caution when selecting.
- Once a driver leaves and you were satisfied with your purchase and verification of the working device, a return is no longer available
- We will return product that is defective and or contaminated. This includes things that are broken and or contaminated. We do not manufacture these products and there are cases where products can be bad.
- We will absolutely not return product for taste, effect, quality, etc. Please become aware of our product qualities. For example, A regular flower gift is most certainly not going to be up to the standards of a exotic flower gift. Its up to you as the consumer to know your tolerances and quality expectations.
